Refund and Returns Policy

Because our products are handmade from recovered textiles, each piece is one-of-a-kind. Colours and small variations are part of the upcycling process and not considered defects.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged items

We only accept returns for damaged or wrongly delivered items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days at info@africacollecttextiles.com.
